Everything outside the Casino was great. The only thing I was upset about was I never had a drink server ask me about a cocktail they asked all around me, I ended up going to get my own.
Great hotel. I gave it a 4 out of 5 simply because it's a four star hotel. No above and beyond, no luxuries. I was in one of the newly renovated rooms. Casino could use so proper or improved ventilation. Even if you don't smoke and nobody smoking at your table you'll still end up smelling of smoke. Dealers and all gaming staff and servers were very nice and friendly. Good vibe as well in casino.
The Casino and rooms are very clean. Machines are fun! Angie at the 8oz burger is an awesome waitress! And the food was amazing!

One of two casinos in Shreveport that has a poker room. The dealers are usually friendly and plenty of chances to order drinks. The rooms are decent and more updated than other casinos. The food is decent. It's not smokey at all in the poker floor because you have to go outside to smoke but the other floors are a little smokey.
